It really sucked to hear that Rogue was sick too, but at least she wasn't bad yet. The doctors were working every day; they had to come up with something quick. They had to. They'd all be fine, and it'd be no big deal.
Only, when she finally saw Johnny and Emma lying there, her resolve was severely shaking. She covered her mouth as she sobbed, not at all embarrassed that she was freaking out. The news about Ian should have hit her harder than it did, but she felt like she was watching her friends die. That he really was heading there didn't seem much different than what John and Emma were doing now.
"Can I just stay here awhile? I mean, I promise I'll stay right here and won't do anything, I just... can't leave them alone again." She felt bad for Laura. This place was like a fucking death house. But, really, if she was anything like Tabitha, it felt better to be close than far away. Then maybe everyone would feel a little less alone.
