Who: Hannibal King, Jubilee (and later open to Bobby!) When: October 31rst, 2013 Where: New York! What: Trouble with a capital T, and that rhymes with V which stands for vampires. Rating: High
It was a crying shame that vampire seemed to be one of the easiest Halloween costumes to put together. Hannibal in some of his more paranoid moments (but was it paranoia? People - or rather vampires - were in fact out to get him) wondered if the vampires made the plastic teeth that seemed to fly off the shelf this time of year. Make some money and make it that much harder to determine who was dressed as vampire Marie Antoinette, and who was a vampire who happened to be dressed as Marie Antoinette.
His stomach still hurt a bit where said Marie Antoinette had elbowed him hard with her fan. He was lucky, she had turned out to be one hundred percent human, otherwise the fan to the gut with a vampire's force behind it? Well, it would have meant that Hannibal wasn't here in the city following a guy dressed a skeleton - but Hannibal didn't think this was a guy. He thought this - no he knew this was a vampire.
He had overheard snatches of a phone conversation the skeleton had been having - about a private party, and that the snacks were en route. So when the Skeleton stopped outside an abandoned looking store front and then went in through the open door, well Hannibal followed him a few seconds later.
In what had once been a store front there was now several tattered looking couches, a ton of candles and - Hannibal looked down to see what he had stepped in. Wonderful. There was also some old containers of Chinese food. He looked up in time to see a flash of fang and a body rushing at him. All right so there was also vampires here.
