Reception: Dinner & Mingling: Tony and Steve
Steve didn't drink himself, he didn't much care for it, nor did he really approve. But he understood it was a celebration and that it was customary that people drink at weddings, that is to say a special set of circumstances that Steve could set aside his belief system for one night. In fact, he himself was standing in line at the bar to retrieve his date a glass of white wine after she had expressed interested and figured he might get a Coca-Cola for himself.
And while he was up, he might as well talk to Tony Stark, who he had noticed had given him a wide berth throughout most of the day. Were things really that... unsettled between them still? As far as Steve was concerned it was mostly water under the bridge. Mostly. Which wasn't to say he agreed completely with Stark's ideology, but recognized that was what made a team great—diversity. But maybe the Avengers just weren't big enough for the both of them...
At any rate, Steve was seizing the opportunity to talk while Tony found himself alone and defenseless.
