Reception: Dancing - Shulkie and Johnny
Some men would be intimidated to dance with a woman taller and stronger than them but Johnny was happily up to the challenge. He'd seen far too much stuff to be fazed by little things like gender dynamics or skin color. Besides, Jen was really hot and knew how to make an impression. Two things Johnny very much approved of.
"My fingers are still crossed," Johnny replied, only mostly joking. He held up one hand, miming the action. It was obvious that he missed the actual intent of Jen's question. "They've still got to make it through the reception."
Reed and Johnny didn't really have the same social circles or interests. There were times where Johnny was pretty sure dry toast had more personality than Reed. But Johnny was more relieved than anything. It'd taken six years for Sue and Reed to walk down the aisle. As long as his sister was happy (and she was, very happy) and that was enough for him.
"And the Honeymoon, but they're on their own for that."
