"Oh, of course there should be a giant boulder." Pepper was a big fan of the Indiana Jones movies, even more than the Star Wars ones (though she tried not to mention that around Tony too often). So a boulder was a must. "A break-away floor would be too extravagant, but since he flies, it would be useless, anyway."
They could maybe sled in the sand, but it would be far less satisfying. "There's always water-skiing, but it's not the same. And the water gets cold during the winter, so it's unpleasant. Road hockey is about the best we can get, and that's still fun."
Pepper took another cookie, deciding to indulge herself (since it would be late in the evening before she could stop to eat again, and the cookies were very good). "It was Tony's idea, surprisingly." She'd been expecting him to want something more public, but he'd catered to not just her concerns about the press, but also her very idle whims for atmosphere.
"I think we should go," she shrugged, nibbling at her cookie. "We can have Christmas just as easily there as here, and we've had all the buildings refurbished, so we ought to look them over, anyway. Besides," Pepper smiled. "No one's seen it yet, besides Tony and I; and you two are the wedding party."
