Sharon frowned, thinking. "Won't work," she predicted. "Maybe the schematic - I'm not the expert on Stark - but from what I understand, that thing in his chest is keeping his heart beating. If I were him, there's no way I'd hand over the kill switch to what's keeping me alive, no matter what they promised. Isn't he rather paranoid?" she shook her head.
"What about an EMP? We can protect anything of ours with a Faraday Cage and take out any 'stolen' Stark tech rather neatly, whether he cooperates or not."
Humming in neither agreement nor disagreement, Sharon tossed in her two cents. "Again, I'm no expert, but I'd guess Potts isn't much of a wild card; she'll always side with Stark, so her loyalties aren't divided. But if Coulson's got a good opinion of her," her eyes flicked his way, eyebrow raised. "Then he's right - if he can reach her, she might be able to convince Stark."
She went back to her work. "He's her weakness, Coulson," Sharon said. "I don't have to tell you. Research their history, and hit her hard. Be compassionate. Appeal to her emotions and her heart." Her eyes flicked up again. "Work on that interpersonal relations thing."
