Endeavor Enterprises a subsidiary of Spector Corp was a up and coming research and development group that had been started by former employees of OsCorp and General Dynamics. They were working on some cutting edge technology it was no Stark Inc but the work was still very impressive.
However unlike Stark Inc it did not have a crazy amount of security and with heroes ready to stop threats from attacks rapidly which was precisely why Harbin had chosen to strike there from some technology and weaponry that his Masters of Evil could use.
They had the element of surprise when they attacked but someone had managed press the panic button letting people know that they were being attacked not that Harbin was too worried about the police coming.
