Jubilee wasn't really late. Not super late. She was fashionably late. As in, she was a few minutes late but still late. She came bursting through the front door of the bar and making her entrance known to all patrons. If the way the door swung open wasn't enough, the outfit made her stick out. Video-game-themed leggings with a hoodie and bright yellow sneakers that looked bright even in the dim lighting of the location. She looked around and immediately headed over to where America was eating and plopped down in her chair.
"I'm so sorry," she said pushing some of her hair behind her ears, "I was trying to finish something but it took longer than she expected." That finishing something was watching an episode of a Korean drama, as Amadeus suggested, and instead of one episode she watched two and was going to start a third when she remembered she was supposed to be heading out the door. She was grateful she now lived in the city, otherwise she would have been much, much later.
Smiling, she then said, "So, what'd you get? What's good here? How do I order food?"
