Curt took the hand and then got the door so Aurora could enter the building first. While he ordered her the lamb, he got a chicken dish for himself - just in case they got around to eating and wanted a little variety. Once he had the food wrapped up tightly in its plastic bag, Curt led them back out of the restaurant and back to the truck.
He got the door for Aurora and then handed up the bag. It would take days for the smell to leave the cab of the truck but it was worth it. Besides, there were worse smells in the world than a little Arabic food. "So I found this spot when I was driving around trying to get the lay of the land. It's a nice spot," he assured her. He didn't want to come off as a creep, but it was just nice, secluded spot.
A few turns and several minutes later and Curt went off-road and ended up shortly in a large field. "Ex marks the spot," he said, looking at Aurora. "I'll go set up our picnic."
