"Sarcasm? You surprise me, mortal, I would not have thought you possible of that level of humor," Loki said, looking down at him. After being outcast by his people for being too small and barely growing tall enough to reach even the average height for male Asgardians, it was refreshing to walk among the mortals. The simple joys in life.
"Logan I have seen. He has been wandering this earth for a bit too long, and crossed my path before. Whoever it is for, though, I appreciate the idea." She showed her teeth in a mean smile, and her attitude shifted a little. Suddenly, her gaze regarded Baird much more fondly. While it was measurably easier to manipulate a horde of dumb mortal warriors anyway she liked - hell, she managed to do it with her divine family as well -, the smart and witty men and women of every age had always been her favourite. "Cruel, though." That didn't sound like it made her like it less. "Was it your idea and construction plan?"
"Midgard is our name for earth, but Sera is not here. You must have come through the dimensional rift?" Loki nodded his head. "I am a god. I will die when the world ends by the sword of Heimdall the Allseeing, and even then be reborn so the cycle continues."
The god ran a hand over her form-fitting green dress, stopping at her hip, where a long whip was attached to her belt - Loki's favourite weapon. "I should probably change into something that blends with this century," she agreed.
