The mirror appeared and much like in non-reflective surfaces, Nate's eye went immediately to Eva. She was gorgeous, some how she made that fuzzy purple robe look like a luxury item. To be fair, it was very soft.
"Ran?" Nathaniel started, his mind having to quickly shift gears. "She's terrifying, like a ghost in a Japanese horror movie," he shared with a half-smile. Good thing this was a safe place. "No, seriously," he cleared his throat and his hands rubbed various muscles that Nate knew Eva carried her stress in. "She's very sincere, earnest..." he searched for the words. "Rasputin-like," he settled on something Eva would understand immediately. "But her people skills are lacking," and yes, he understood the irony. "Kettle says about pot," he added before Eva could. "But really did you see her move?" Nathaniel's eye went wide. Freakish.
"Do you and Thor have to talk because you retreated to your Kit-Kat closet?" he asked annoyed, mostly at himself. "I should have nailed that thing shut," he joked then nestled his large nose into her hair. "Is it bad of me to be flattered by your reaction?" he inquired in a rare moment of complete honesty. "You know what I mean."
