Her stein lifted in a salute to his good fortune with his colleagues. "Good, I"m glad it's going well," she said with sincerity. "Those of you who are left have a wide range of talents, at least."
"Oh, that was nice of him." she said of Will. She knew he had a soft spot for children. It made her smile. "I hope their minds can be eased soon." her tone changed from light to serious. Everything had snowballed with the royal family and it was stressful, even from an outsider's perspective. At least some things had been resolved.
"I am," she smiled, then. "I've been combing through the students from Xavier's and seeing if there are any potential magic users." It was definitely different from what her previous job entailed. "If they want to develop their talents, then I can help. Or send them to someone who can." She felt like she was rambling.
"How's Gwen doing?" she asked, switching subjects rapidly. "Is she liking her new digs?"
