The Valkyrie approached his chair and Baldr spent a moment to appreciate the winged warrior's attire. The God of Light could hardly ignore a dress that reflected the so well. Brünhilde mentioned his part in the ceremony later and it caused Baldr to sigh heavily through his nostrils. "Yes," he confirmed and his expression lightened after a beat. "Apparently, our queen has decided this will also be my coming out party," Baldr added with a chuckle which continued into a smirk at Hildy's promise of other announcements.
"Oh, I'm sure," Baldr agreed and stood from the throne so that he could speak more comfortably with Brünhilde. Also because she'd winked at him and that felt exciting but slightly ominous from a Valkyrie. He kept one eye on the group of larger royals and specifically where Loki had decided to lounge. "I still may not have all of my memories, but I can say with certainty these types of gatherings were never my favorite." Completely comfortable in his own skin and formal tunic, the introvert simply preferred to hang back and get the vibe of the room - more than he liked to be the center of attention. "I hope I'm not the first person to compliment you on your shoes." He added, then tried not to get lost in the glare from her earrings.
