Re: Chuck E. Cheese, then the Westchester bar district.
He did have words. So many words. And Zap's head was spinning with alcohol and good vibes and Piotr's sentiments... her focus had dropped, and nearby machinery was beginning to call out and make noise, distracting the technopath. She closed her (starry) eyes, keyed in on exactly what Colossus was trying to tell her, and gasped when she realized, quickly sobering. The white noise of the ether was Force-pushed back, and Eva turned her face so that her mouth was against Piotr's cheek instead of the other way around. "I love you too," she confessed. He was her first love and then some. She hadn't truly committed to anyone, long-term, since their breakup when they were back in 'college'.
Her nose brushed against his beardy jaw and she wrapped her arms up around his neck, then kissed his ear, softly. She grinned and ducked her head, ending up with her forehead on his chest. She looked up after a minute of chuckling to herself and then met his eyes. "Like one of your French girls?" She smiled then, sincerely, and whatever blissful jubilation Piotr had seen in her own eyes before, she was seeing now in his own hazel-browns. Her arm went out to the side, and she held up her index finger for the Uber driver to wait, then she pulled Pete down to her face with her other hand on his collar. "I have words, too - tomorrow words. Let's go home now." She kissed him, and her ladyparts tingled with beard-induced magic, and the smell of his skin, and the firmness and warmth of their hug.
Honk.
Zap pulled back slowly, smiled, then looked to the driver. "I erased his contacts..." she said, her tone uplifted and content. She took Pete's hand and headed for the car.
