The only thing really keeping her sane right now is the fact that she woke up near the koi pond, and the last thing she wants to do is destroy such a pretty place she's found herself surrounded in.

Oh. And the threat of her powers being stripped. ]

Does this 'Acumen' possess the capabilities to strip a person of their basic genetics? [ She questions now, looking a little upset.

She sighs and the anger falters a bit into what almost looks like fear before it's gone. Coldness instead. ]

Good morning, Marina. My name is Michiru Kaiou. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in violin lessons. I played professionally at home and would like to offer my expertise if someone is interested in learning.

[Michiru will be in one of the practice rooms if someone should happen by, using the opportunity to tune her violin and get some practicing in]

[ Tyr hasn't used this to just talk to people as a whole in a while, so his tone is somewhat awkward. ]

Now that we're done being shuffled around...is there anywhere to stay other than this shelter? I assume there aren't a lot of empty houses around, but I'm not that picky as long as it's not as busy at this place.

[It didn't take Hiling long to figure out Ribbons was missing again. She had wanted to thank him for the pink cardigan and scarf she was now wearing, but he was nowhere to be found. There won't be any announcement of his disappearance. Instead, she intends to find a way to distract herself.

Her pet project seems like just the thing. Hiling claims a room in the education center with all the tools she needs as well as the supplies she acquired from Acumen. She's building something by the looks of it. Eventually it will be her Mobile Suit simulator, but for now she's just getting started. Every so often, she'll move back and forth from the laptop to the parts she's messing with.]

[The message she received was all too strange. Is this a dream? Though she’s not entirely surprised she’s been caught and sent to prison. After everything she’s done… she’s technically a criminal right? She should accept her fate…

What she doesn’t notice are her restraints, or rather she underestimates them, causing her trip and her device to fall off and flip on. Her face shows an expression of slight pain, but she easily shakes it off as she stands up, picking her device up with her. Noticing it’s on, she does her best to force a smile. It looks genuine, but to anyone who knows her well enough, it’s easy to tell there’s a fake attribute to it.]

Ah, good morning everyone! I understand I have been brought here due to the crimes I’ve committed, but it seems we’re still allowed to communicate with one another, am I correct? I’m honestly so glad! [And that part is genuine. She rather doesn’t like being lonely.]

My name is Estellise, and it would be a pleasure to make all of your acquaintance. [Then a pause as she looks thoughtful…] Is there a library here or at least a place that sells books? If anyone could tell me, I would be so grateful!

[Michiru is sitting in one of the lounges with a mug of coffee. She distracted both from a recent conversation and from feeling a bit claustrophobic from not being able to leave the shelter. It's more knowing that she can't that has her on edge. At least the news that they will be able to leave soon is a relief. She also misses some of the others from home now and without much of a distraction, she's dwelling on it.

She hears someone walking by and glances over at the door, curious who it was]

[Minako and Michiru have taken over one of the common rooms for a much needed ~CHOCOLATE~ break! What this means is that they've prepared cups of delicious hot chocolate, courtesy of Michiru, and have a bunch of marshmallows and chocolate and granola crackers for their attempted smore extravaganza.]

[Minako clicks on the camera, grinning.]

Hey Marina! Who's up for some smores? [she waves the bag of chocolate around] I know we just had dinner, but if anyone's in the mood for chocolate then you can just follow your nose. Michiru-san and I will be here all night!

[Michiru smiles.] Everyone, feel free to come by. We have plenty of food.

I've deduced this much of this place:

You all so readily accept your imprisonment, like there's nothing you can do to change your predicament. You accept your fate and attempt to carry on your pathetic lives as if that's your sole purpose in this universe.

Consider it curiosity. What were you BEFORE Acumen? What were your destinies before being kidnapped and brought here?

There are some of you who have questioned about the knowledge of others. As far as I can tell, you've only absorbed that knowledge. You've done nothing with it! If you have the knowledge and the power to change things, then why would you wish to idly sit around and waste your time and energy on mundane things that Acumen says that you can do?

[Raistlin is, as usual, dressed in his black robes. He looks irritated and his expression is peering down at anyone who would be answering the video, almost like he's looking down at them for their beliefs. Raistlin is attempting to provoke a reaction from anyone who responds, though he's still out of his element. He's still trying to understand this world, this technology, and what his role is here. If you answer, he will be brutally honest in his responses, but that's just who Raistlin always has been.]

Good morning, Marina! [Have a very smiley pink haired girl on your video feed!] For anyone I haven’t met, I’m Lacus Clyne and I’m very glad to meet you.

It seems as though we’re all going to be in the shelter today, so we should make the best of things. I was thinking that we should get together and have a big winter banquet! Anyone who wants to help cook should please feel free to come to the kitchens and assist, and if not you should still come and enjoy the food with us.

Dinner will be served at 5 in the main cafeteria, and after that maybe we could have fun playing games and watching movies together. I hope everyone has a good day, and I hope to see everyone at the feast!

I just learned that today is also Ritsuka’s birthday! To celebrate there will be a cake and some special desserts and decorations. [as many decorations as they can find without access to the store.] Everyone please, stop by to wish him a happy birthday!

I don't see why everything had to be cleaned. It was fine just like it was! Now I can't find anything.

[New people were arriving today. But Marie wasn't watching for them this time. There would be time for that later. She hadn't forgotten. And she didn't want to neglect them but... something had been bothering her for a few days.

So instead, she could be found in the library, acting a bit strangely. Strangely because she's never done this before. It's not clear at first glance, what it is, but there are a number of books sitting at her side. She's reading one of them, and looks pretty focused.

But then, it draws a reaction from her. A soft, kind of giddy smile as she reads through the text.]

[Education Center, Music Hall. Today's lesson starts with the introduction of Zelda's new co-teacher, Sheik. The two of them go through the normal routine of reviewing the past lessons and starting new ones. Regular students are probably aware of this and have probably mastered a few basic songs by this point. They might also be the ones to notice that Zelda's not quite as lively today as usual. Despite Sheik's best efforts to keep her engaged, there are moments where her mind very clearly appears to be occupied with something else.

Students, new and old, are welcome to stop by early before class or stick around after class to talk to either Zelda or Sheik, or even both of them. Likewise, during the lesson, they have only to raise their hand and one of the teachers will come over to give them some one-on-one help.]

[Michiru is in the shelter kitchen. Yes, there is a kitchen in her apartment, but there is so much more room in the shelter kitchen. She wanted the space to work on making dinner for her self and Minako, but the observant passerby might notice she's making more than is need for just two people, most likely on purpose. She knew what it was like to be new in this place and she has the intention of helping some of the newcomers feel more at home if they passby. She's more than willing to share with any hungry people who wander by, new or not]

Good afternoon, Marina! Ladies, it's that time again~ Yesterday was so stressful, and it's been a while since we all gathered together, so head over to the spa for a spell! [ Jeanne's enthusiasm isn't quite at the levels it normally is for these, but she hides it behind her newfound energy. ] Today we are doing things a little differently -- and by "we" I mean my new friend Inara and I! She has a world of experience in things I could only read about in magazines, so tonight is sure to be a real treat.

[Michiru is in a empty music studio, having brought her violin from Minako's apartment to the school for the chance to practice. She didn't want to bother any neighbors they might have if they didn't want to hear her practice.

She is happy to actually have her violin. As soon as she had gotten it from Acumen, she had taken it the school so she could check and make sure that it was alright. Violins were fragile, but a several million yen Stradivarius... she had had to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. Luckily it was in one piece and played as good as ever.

So now today is a day to practice. The slightly open door will allow those who are walking by to hear the music. She is playing just about anything that comes to mind from classical music to more contemporary. She just loses herself when she's playing, but at the same time she still knows what it is going on around her]
