Fujiwara no Mokou {藤原の妹紅}
[Well, she'd already gotten her clothes. And the fireproof tags. So that was all taken care of. Except...she didn't really feel like going back to the house. She had a myriad of reasons, but none of them she really wanted to discuss or admit.]

[You can find her on a bench in the park, asleep. The bushel of clothes and tags are tucked underneath her, and she's unconsciously radiating steam due to the rain....which doesn't seem to bother her, either. There's occasional mumbling about "her school" and "a pharmacy," but otherwise she seems at peace.]

((OOC: Pretty much that. Poke her or disturb her or just watch her sleep, like a creeper or basically whatever~ Certain people or certain methods though, might make her break out the fire. Fair warning.))

[Good morning, Marina. Naoya is seated in a chair, glasses on, a book in his lap. He peers down his glasses a bit at the camera.]

I wonder… how many of you know of Norse mythology? The Norse are a culture in my world, known for fierce warriors. [He knows a few of you that do.] There is an event called Ragnarok in that mythology… which foretells the downfall of their gods.

[He opens the book, though he doesn't look down at it. It's just for show, after all.]

Cut because it's a bit long. Sorry. )

Now… why do you think a culture would predict an end to their gods? I'm curious as to what you all think.

Inspector Howard Link
[Link got an early start on the day. After all, there was much to learn and record, and Walker knew far too many people. They would each require at least some investigation, but he hadn't been able to remove the idea of eggplant pie out of his mind following his conversation with Walker yesterday.

Walker's plants were too young for produce, so Link had to seek the ripe vegetable elsewhere, and since a big kitchen is preferable to the one in their apartment, he simply stayed in the shelter's. Which is exactly where he is now, carefully making one eggplant attempt after another as well as some tried and true traditional cakes and pies. Some of the eggplant-infused dishes are very good, but nothing has met his high standards yet.]

You will find various cakes and pies in the sector 0, shelter kitchen. Limit one per criminal. [No, this doesn't apply to you, Walker.]

I would also be grateful for any recipe or advice on using eggplant in a sweet pie or pastry.

Ken Murata
[ up somewhat early after a surprisingly restful night, Murata was careful not to disturb anyone as he left the house, umbrella in hand, for the shelter's kitchen, and then off to the Butterfly Pavilion. he likes it there; it makes a tranquil place to think -- not unlike the Shinou's Temple's Inner Sanctum. the water trickling down the roof only adds to the effect.

and it doesn't hurt the butterflies don't dislike him! so, there he is, pondering all there is to ponder, and watching the little insects light on his hand. ]

((OOC: Catch him anywhere!))
