The temperature is really no worse than some locales he's had the pleasure of visiting, such as numerous ice worlds, or a Valhallan officer's personal quarters.]

[For the purpose of his adventure in undignified noodle-slurping, he opts to wear predominantly black civilian-style winter clothing. Of course, it also makes him stick out like a sore thumb in the snow and against the lighting of the ramen stand, but that just means he risks getting some dinner company. No harm done, there.]
