Has anyone else been approached by a small green dog demanding "your" children - or in his words "babies"? I do not think he is threatening, but I do think the poor thing is more than a little deranged. It might do well to keep an eye out for him and see if there is not a place he can be taken to receive... proper care?

I have not seen him since, but I thought his appearance something for people to be aware of.
