Position applied for: Patrol/Emergency Response in Angel's sector (that's 3, if I remember correctly?). Unless she gets canon-updated, she should probably not be considered for leadership in any capacity.
Is your character psychologically fit? Please elaborate: Not big on the panic, familiar with the system and how conflicts go down inside of a regular prison. Faith's been a vampire slayer for awhile, so after the things she's seen, both supernatural and human, she's hard to shock. She's big on non-lethal take-downs, unless absolutely necessary. That happens when you're a recovering murderess who's hell-bent on making up for your crimes.
How much of this would the interview team be able to read?: For an experienced profiler, Faith is probably an open book; but one that wouldn't indicate that she's got any reason to screw around. All her guilt and wanting to redeem herself is barely under her surface-attitude of not caring that much about what folks think of her. Telepaths and readers could probably get a handle on her pretty easily, too; she's not necessarily weak-minded/willed, but given the right prompts, it's easy to get info out of her. She might come off as a troubled young woman, but when confronted she'll eventually drop the attitude and lay it all on the table that she's not here to screw around, and she wants to do what she can to make up for the things she's done.
What skills/knowledge/powers/experience does your character possess which would be an asset to the position(s) they are applying for?Slayer abilities! She's a practiced hunter, and she's got the remnants of a criminal mind. It's likely she's picked up a few new tricks from her old prison stay.
How competent is your character in his/her skill set?: Faith is an extremely skilled fighter, but she can be very unpredictable, undisciplined and improvisational (though this is something that will gradually lessen, as she works on her technique and concentration in game). The latter serves her well, helps her think out of the box and be quick on her feet. Given by people who Faith respects in some capacity, she can be very good at taking direction.
