Position applied for: Patrol/Emergency Response, not interested in being a leader at this time.
No sector preference.
Is your character psychologically fit? Please elaborate: Though he comes across as a troublemaker, Percy is mostly mentally sound, able to keep a cool head during times of crisis, and capable of dealing with situations that others may find strange. He's exceptionally reliable, courageous, and loyal to a fault. Though he likes to have a good time when he can, he also knows when it's time to goof off and when it's time to be serious.
A recent trip to the depths of Tartarus is haunting Percy at the moment. After the traumatic events that took place down there, he's plagued by nightmares and is beginning to develop symptoms of PTSD.
How much of this would the interview team be able to read?: It won't be completely in-your-face obvious that Percy is shaken up. He'll put on a confident act and do his best to appear... normal. But for the above average level of perception, Percy will have a haunted look in his eyes, a nervous energy surrounding him, and dark circles under his eyes suggesting a lack of sleep. He will avoid topics that he considers too close to the events in Tartarus and he'll be moving a lot throughout the interview, tapping his fingers, feet, bobbing his head, looking around, etc. He might try to excuse his behavior as being part of his ADHD if asked, but this level of distraction would be higher than what he's used to.
What skills/knowledge/powers/experience does your character possess which would be an asset to the position(s) they are applying for? WELL, Percy can control all things that are water/have water in them. He can breathe underwater/allow others to breathe underwater. He can speak to sea creatures and equines. He can summon hurricanes, storms, and earthquakes. He's got years and years of battle experience thanks to going on tons of dangerous quests ever since he was twelve.
How competent is your character in his/her skill set?: He was once described by someone as the most powerful demigod they knew. He's definitely competent and rarely freezes under pressure, though he did drop his sword out of fear when he faced off against Tartarus. His greatest weakness is his personal loyalty to his friends and family, so if they're endangered in any way, well. Percy was told that he's the kind of person who would sacrifice the world to save a friend.
Would you like to play out the interview?: Sure!! I'd like that.
Would you like to play out the skills test?: If you'd like to! But this is a "whatever's convenient for you" thing for me.
