Position applied for: Patrol / Emergency response for whichever sector needs another team member. She is more than happy to lead or follow as necessary. If not that, then Investigation.
Is your character psychologically fit? Please elaborate: She was the town sheriff at home and willingly offers up that information. She can handle her own against a great deal of things, maybe not perfectly against whatever supernatural things exist in this prison, but she can hold them off until back-up arrives if necessary. She's not 100% perfect, but she's a calm, cool-headed presence when she has to be. She rarely loses her composure unless Caroline is threatened and she'll make it clear that her daughter comes first. She's experienced a lot of violence and extensive crime investigation (murder and otherwise) in her life.
How much of this would the interview team be able to read?: She definitely can't hide very much. She's not a practiced liar, nor does she want to be. She's forth-coming with any information except specific vampire things until she finds out who knows about caroline and the salvatore brothers (and now elena). Other than that, she's exceptionally honest. She wants to help.
What skills/knowledge/powers/experience does your character possess which would be an asset to the position(s) they are applying for? Liz is entirely, 100% pure human. She has no special abilities, only normal human strength, intelligence, wisdom, etc. She knows how to fight, however, having had the Founding Families' knowledge of vampires passed down to her. Being the town's sheriff, she knows how to handle firearms and can likely hold her own in a hand-to-hand fight. Other than that, she is absolutely normal.
How competent is your character in his/her skill set?: She is the sheriff of Mystic Falls, the protector of the town, basically. She is more than competent and most everyone knows it.
Would you like to play out the interview?: It doesn't matter to me!
Would you like to play out the skills test?: Again, I am flexible.
If you guys would like to see what Liz can do for the interview or skills test, I am more than happy to play them out.
