Is your character psychologically fit? Please elaborate: Given Emily's canon point, she isn't at her peak, although she isn't a couch potato either. She had been on the run from Doyle for some time, and before that, had been seriously injured. That being said, as shown in the show, she is driven to get back into the shape she was, and will likely push herself to get there as soon as possible. Emily is good at handling things, at 'compartmentalizing' as it were. It does take a lot to get her off of her game, and stress is a regular part of working for the BAU. They generally work under tight deadlines, knowing that the longer they take, the less likely they will find the victim alive. She is reliable, and mentally stable, but she can also be a bit stubborn, such as deciding to hunt Doyle down on her own as she did not want to endanger any of her teammates further.
How much of this would the interview team be able to read?: She is pretty good at keeping things to herself, and it would be those that knew her better that would be able to see beyond that otherwise hard to read exterior. She did work undercover, and kept all that hidden, and people didn't clue in until much later about 'Lauren'. Superhuman skills are likely better able to read, but she is a profiler herself. She won't outright lie, but she might bend the truth - aka she said in the series that she had a man in her life, Sergio. Sergio is actually her male cat... She tends to keep things inside, not exactly sharing, but she isn't cold and can reach out to people and get them to open up.
What skills/knowledge/powers/experience does your character possess which would be an asset to the position(s) they are applying for? She was involved with the FBI and worked for the BAU as a profiler. It was her job for many years. She can hold her own in a fight, although she is just a regular female, meaning no superpowers. She can shoot a gun, and was fairly active prior to being on the run. She knows several languages, and is good at piecing things together. She has been shown to take a beating and still did not break. She can be quick on her feet also, meaning mentally she can work things out if a situation ends up not going how it likely should have.
How competent is your character in his/her skill set?: She is very competent. She isn't perfect, and at times she does make mistakes, but overall, Emily is very good at the job that she does. She doesn't tend to freeze or breakdown, and does have a vast array of experience.
Would you like to play out the interview?: I am fine with whichever.
Would you like to play out the skills test?: I am fine with whichever.
