+ would be open for a leadership position + Could be useful for training (very familiar with army boot camp methods), dispatch, and investigative roles. =
Is your character psychologically fit? Please elaborate: Peggy is well used to the rigors of war and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. She tends to keep her cool although, in a pinch, she does and can make examples of men to prevent them from walking all over her. She handles stress with a smile (although that smile can be deadly). Probably her one failure to handle stress well that we see in canon is when she pulls a gun on Steve after she catches him getting kissed by another girl. She does shoot him. However, she also knew he would be unharmed and after taking out that stress, went on business as usual. Because doing her job and doing it well IS her stress relief.
How much of this would the interview team be able to read?: Probably most of it. Her mask is a mask that's been used for centuries and anyone who would be able to recognize that would know what it's for. She also knows how much danger someone unreliable can put the whole team and therefore she would answer all questions as honestly as she could. At this time, the biggest thing they might be able to detect is that she's still grieving for the loss of Steve and recognize that she's looking for something useful to use as a distraction and as her coping mechanism.
What skills/knowledge/powers/experience does your character possess which would be an asset to the position(s) they are applying for?
She's proficient in army basic training, pugilism, armed combat (mostly with a gun), and she as excellent administrative skills. She is used to performing within an intelligence role albeit with the putting together of data and strategizing, having learned/observed some of the best.
How competent is your character in his/her skill set?: Very competent although perhaps not necessarily the best. What has served Peggy well is her ability to get down and dirty with the men while maintaining her distance as a woman. She did not get her position as an aide without having to work hard and prove herself. Her professionalism is what probably serves her best and her seriousness to the job that she handles. One red flag that may be thrown is that while she does perform rigorously in her duties, she may also give a hint that at times she has acted on her own and in her own best judgement which may or may not be against government regulations.
Would you like to play out the interview?: Y/N? nah, I don't think that will be necessary. Peggy is a pretty straightforward character and she has already had some minor IC contact with Kitty, Derek, and others.
Would you like to play out the skills test?: Y/N? Nope, I don't think it would be necessary as she has no unusual skills to show off.
