Wally West | DC Universe (Young Justice) | fastonhisfeet
Position applied for: Patrol/Emergency Response in Robin's sector if possible (4, I think). Wouldn't really be interested in a leadership position.
Is your character psychologically fit? Please elaborate: Yep. No mental disorders here. Wally's been a superhero for awhile, so he knows how to handle a crisis and dealing with dangerous people/situations. He might come off as a bit immature and is impulsive at times, but he genuinely wants to help people and is aware of how serious the job is.
How much of this would the interview team be able to read?: Pretty much everything as he's an open book.
What skills/knowledge/powers/experience does your character possess which would be an asset to the position(s) they are applying for? Wally has super-speed (runs a few MPH shy of the speed of sound) and enhanced agility/reflexes that allow him to bounce off and/or over objects (walls/cars/etc). He's been trained in hand-to-hand combat. Has been the Flash's protege for around three years and is use to working as part of a team. Also a big science geek if there's ever a situation where that's needed.
How competent is your character in his/her skill set?: He's not near the Flash's level in terms of speed and can't instantly stop like him either (which leads to a few crashes here and there he's gotten better!), but he's been shown to be pretty competent with his speed-craft. And while he's not close to being the best in hand-to-hand combat, he's capable of holding his own.
