[Ouch. That tone is like a punch to the gut. So is the time frame. It means that, while he knows her, He's less then used to her. He doesn't know her the way he should and, he probably doesn't care about her the same.

It takes her a moment to compose herself, but the wrinkle creases in her brows are there. Also, she's gone a lot quieter.]

The Undertaking was two years ago.

[She presses her lips together, frowning a lot.]

I've been here a few days. Has anyone explained this place to you?

[Ironically Laural is probably handling all this better then Felicity, but she decides not to mention that. Instead she thinks about other things that Oliver might need to know when talking to the others. For a few days she was the one from the earliest point in their timeline so she knows what it's like when people drop huge future bombs on your head. Like everything Ray's told her or Laural telling her that she's dead ... or Sara being alive.]

She's ... Just tell her the last thing you remember. She's from a lot later in everyone's mutual timeline then we are.

I'll explain everything when we meet. It's better that way.

[It's not a lie, it's just not telling him the entirety of why it probably sounds non-confidence inspiring. She's starting to understand how Ray felt when he was fielding questions. Of course she was way more direct and understanding of things. That will, probably come later. With ice cream for the time headache that will follow.]

Right, you're the king of 'long story'.

[The visual of her smiles, looking down. It's ironic, seeing him here, talking to him. There was a big part of her that felt broken with the idea of never being able to see him again. Now he's here and it's probably not a big deal to him at all if she were here or not. To her on the other hand it's so, so much.]

This is gonna sound weird, but it's really good to hear your voice.

Both? Diggle would probably add bullheaded stubbornness in there.

[It's nice to mention Diggle again. Even Ray doesn't know Diggle like she does, like all of them do. He's probably one of her best friends and she hasn't really been able to say anything about him, or any of them since she got here. She'd forgotten how much she'd missed it.]

Although that could arguably be considered one of your better traits.

Hey, I'm just the face behind the computer. You Roy and Diggle are the ones out there every night.

[It's weird, knowing where he's at and knowing all the good he's gone for the city, for them. She knows he wouldn't believe it right now. He barely believes it most of the time in her time, but she wishes she could tell him about it. About helping Roy, saving her life, saving the city.]
