"Oh jeepers, what ever are you going to do? I hope you catch em." This is totally an invitation to play a game. He's bored, and likely to restrain his ankle with any rough activities. His right leg is wrapped in bandages.

"I guesso but all the military I ever seen was bad. Arachnos was bad, Longbow was bad, Wyvern was bad, Freedom Corps are a buncha chumps." He could list off a few more names but each of the first three all took shots at him just for his appearance.

Okay, sure, some of those times he was committing crimes but they did force him to.
