[He spent most of his night tossing and turning instead of getting any real sleep but he did drift off eventually. When he starts to stir always in the morning he's almost afraid to open his eyes and see if he's not alone anymore. Well, eye. But he's not getting a clear view of the situation from the mechanical one just now.]

So, good news, apparently I was crazy next day so no need to panic. [Everything is fine son who called him dad and he's not making a big deal about it but yay!] Call off the search party that you probably didn't actually send out.

[ Like so many mornings before, she wakes up next to him and most of those mornings there's some reluctant squishing into pillows and unhappy noises about having to get up. Today is not most days. Today she wakes suddenly, tense from the get-go, rolling over to look at him with an ever sinking feeling. Is he not going to see her again today? Is this their life now? ]

	I talked to her. She said she thought you were Gaia. The big scary baddie from their home. [So it was messing with both of them, even if he can't figure out the connection between the two events.] I saw him on the couch when I came home, but it looked like he was alone.
