[Trowa spent a lot of time in the athletic center as well. It was something that he did on an almost daily basis. Exercise was a constant and kept him ready in case it was needed.
But when he walked in, there was someone new there. Not that this was an issue, but when the other turned to look over at him, the punching bag swung back and hit him. Trowa immediately dodged over and grabbed the bag so it didn't hit him again even though it had lost much of its momentum.
