[No poisoning. Ianto is good about that and even if he wasn't she cares about them both too much. She doesn't know all the details, but she believes in both of them and where they're coming from. Sometimes it's no one's fault. It's just not built to function.]
That feeling of maybe getting back together is a tough one. It can keep you going but it can also keep you from healing. [She's thinking of the long, bumpy end with Reid and how desperate she was to believe they could be together again. She still wishes she could have been closer, been more to him afterward. He needed people in his life that loved and cared about him, but ultimately it felt like it wasn't going to work to be anything but a friend she enjoyed having nerd talk with and playing chess. But it's also been long enough for those wounds to heal and she couldn't be happier with her relationship with Pavel. So now she can say it all worked out, but she knows when she was in that it was so much harder. She was always second guessing herself. Was she not fighting hard enough or did she need to let go? And looking at two of her best friends going through the same thing she can't say what's right for them. Just because letting go worked out for her doesn't mean it's the best here.]
What changed your mind this morning? [She knows "the fight" but specifically. And she's not sure she believes it's really changed. Not when they are still coming off the conflict so recently.]
