Kirk would appreciate that care later, though at the moment it was proving more an annoyance than anything. He had wanted to sleep with a Jack since that kiss at the Halloween party, and if nothing else he took comfort that at some point in the future he got the chance. He was all for the long game, and he took this to mean that they remained friends for a number of years besides.
He considered the others words, wondering if perhaps it wasn't Jack that was glitching, or whatever you called it. Seeing as Jack was the one who knew about it in the first place though, it would make more sense for Kirk to be suffering the glitch. It didn't feel like anything was wrong with him though, so as concerned as it made him that this could happen, he wasn't actually all that upset either. Hard to be upset over something you didn't remember.
"You going to help me kill time til then?" Kirk asked, shifting so that he could straddle Jack on the bed, covers pooling around his hips and thighs. He stretched upwards, arching his back, exposing the thick black lettering tattoo that ran down his left rib cage (NCC [ Star Fleet Symbol ] 1701).
Blue eyes flashed, darkened from their normal bright cerulean. "Let's see if you can keep up with me still."
