[Twenty years have changed Kanji a lot. Then again, he was a teen when he got here so maybe it's not too surprising that he's done a lot of growing up in that time. He stopped bleaching his hair years ago and while his eyesight was never all that bad he's started wearing his glasses again. He's still got the piercing in his nose and has added a few more to the ones already lining his ears plus a new one in his tongue. He's as tall and made of muscles as ever and while he's got a button down shirt on today you can just spot one of his familiar skull tank tops peaking out of the top of it. The biggest change is just his attitude though. Before he always seemed like he was trying so hard to be cool, now it's a lot more effortless, like he knows himself well enough to not have to work hard to seem like he's comfortable with himself. He just is.
Another thing that's different is how much time he spends at the Educational Center. It took a long time but he's finally developed an interest in learning. He'll never be the smartest one here but he doesn't avoid learning the way he used to. A lot of that is still lingering respect for Euphie after all these years. She took this stuff seriously and it's taken him a long time to get that but it's finally sunk in. He still teaches his sewing class, or maybe you can catch him after his cooking class today or wandering around seeing what everyone else is teaching today.]
[Lyrical]
[He's not here for the singing, there just aren't many bars here and fancy wine or vampire bars aren't really his thing so this is the only other real option. He's just here to relax and enjoy himself for a bit this evening if you want to say hello.]
