Martha looks over to him as he says it. "Helpers. Every world needs its helpers." But her smile shows her gratitude for the compliment.

"I had no idea what I'd find. I think I told you before, but humans have barely made it off the planet where I'm from. We had a few trips to our moon, and there's the space station. But that's only for trained people. To have a chance to see more things than most humans dream of! How could I say no? And..." she dropped her eyes back to her lap and smiled a bit mischievously.

"And he kissed me. I wasn't expecting that."
