[ . . . Amusing. It's too amusing. The way half the populace of Marina can't seem to talk except in song or rhyme. It feels like one of those rare occasions where she's somehow been blessedly left unaffected. She hopes that everyone she knows is. And so she's more than happy to chat away with anyone she can get talking. As for her, she's at work. Propped up on the counter at Nine White Orchids, she waves with a smile at the screen.]

Another strange day in Marina. If you've ever been too scared to karaoke before, I think today's the perfect opportunity for you to try it out! I promise to cheer everyone on. [Please someone indulge her. All amusement aside, she hadn't made a message to simply poke fun.]

Despite our real life musical, I wanted to let people know that outside of just flowers, decor and house plants, we also sell herbs at the shop. There had been some interest in it within the past, so if anyone needs something fresh, please be sure to visit us. And pay our newest employee a visit, too!

[While still recording, she takes her communicator off from around her ear, and tips it so that it faces up, while resting beside her lap to reveal the newest flower shop worker.]

[Cheerfully! The white cat lying within her lap simply stretches, her paws reaching forward, before her eyes close pleasantly and she settles back into place. Lifting her communicator back up she carefully puts it back into place around her ear and grins.]

She's super sweet so come say hello, pet a cat, and buy some flowers! _{Or take them. There's really no buying, huh....}

Yeah... [She lifts a finger up to her cheek.] You spent a little time similarly, right?

[How should she put this...] That time when we all acted strangely, I never changed species, like yourself, and a few others. Only some past events were shifted around to give me a different future from what it currently is.

[She really is a pureblood vampire, exactly how she had been during that day with him.]

I do remember that. [At least he didn't cause any problems. Right?] Everyone seemed to experience it in different ways. My friend and I were pretty drastic. . .

So vampires really don't age, then. Or is it only not after a certain point?

It depends on the vampire type. The pureblood are immortal though. Once they reach a certain age or appearance, they stop entirely. [She... has a feeling that's the point where she's at. She hasn't aged since she was seventeen. ] The noble class and beneath will age only very slowly once they reach their late teens or early twenties. For instance, my son is over one thousand years old. And my father himself is over three thousand. Neither of them looks very old at all though. Ren appears still as a teenager, and my father... I suppose he could pass for his mid twenties... if I'm being generous.

It wasn't anything too bad, but I was glad when I was back to my normal self.

[Really, it was the blood part that got to him the most. He's gotten over it by now, but looking back on it is just crazy.]

I had been aware of that part. You really are still very young, then, huh.

[He isn't blown away by how old the others are, though. Not ultimately. It's nothing he's never heard of before. There's Zeno, after all.]

He's silent when she initially offers. Looking back, there's no lying how bizarre it was.]

For the most part, the false memories I had of "home" lined up with how my behavior typically can be like; fooling around and stirring up trouble, but not so much that I'd actually be caught or the like. [. . .] I guess the only part that was jarring was the whole blood thing.

[Surprisingly (or not), for the most part he's neither here nor there when it comes to how things went down between he and Kija.]

You don't need to apologize. It's over now. [A faint smile.] I'm really not looking down on it. That's just your lifestyle, isn't it? It really is pretty crazy and a little unsettling, coming from having been dropped in headfirst, but I can't just judge.

[A sign that so clearly shows how much he's changed since the time he left to travel with Yona and the others.]

What is to be looked down upon is how the individual acts. If you're not bringing harm to others, then I really don't see an issue.

Mm. [She's glad he feels that way in the end. People are usually uncomfortable with that kind of thing. But then Jae-Ha isn't exactly a normal human being himself.]

I'm not embarrassed or ashamed of what I am. I prefer to be as I am as opposed to something else. [If she's honest. Even despite the many difficulties it brings along with it. At least as she is, she has the power to protect the people important to her.]

But naturally it brings with it a few various problems. For the most part, vampires within Marina are pacifists.

	He was trying to give the impression of being superior because he was a vampire. I told him I'd stop him were he to ever pull anything. Unfortunately... there are a number of vampires who might act that way. [As though they are superior. Sigh.] I can't say how it is within his own world. But considering the complex relations between vampires and humans back home, mistrust on both sides breeds a number of ridiculous notions.

[It's frustrating to be sure. Moving past that... she allows a bit of a smile to creep back into place.]

That said, you're exactly right. I don't drink blood from sources I can't confirm [It's just not her thing...] So I thought I'd have the next best thing. I wasn't impressed with the service. He tried to demand unreasonable payment, but in the end my charms won.
