Both of those are solid observations on Martha's part; the hot tub is indeed nice and he is indeed lonely. Her company is very welcome.
"It's like I died and went to the Elysium Fields. There's got to be a catch." But he doesn't sound terribly concerned. It's hard to be too worried while soaking in a hot tub in paradise. "What do you think about all of this?"
