Of course he can kiss her. He can kiss her all he wants. Martha looks up at him with a smile, though she realizes if she's going to get out of this dress anytime soon, she's going to have to do it herself. And since he's all about the kissing, she'll just start working the laces. Maybe removing her hands from his hips will help his focus anyway!
