[ Normally, no but Ichiru's honesty is a lot more obvious with being affected by the dome. In any case, it's truly how he feels, but he normally won't ever express those words. It's better to be hated than it is for him to be honest. He had never truly been honest with himself or anyone since that time. ]

He was also partially responsible for selling out his parents and watching them get murdered. He didn't stain his hands with blood, but he certainly was more involved in the matter more seriously than it appeared. Though, those words came naturally, he would probably learn to regret exposing himself in such a vulnerable state.
A state in which he had sworn never to bring forth. He knew that regret was not what he was feeling, but he was apologetic for the things he had done, and the things that he put Zero through. Clearly, he was also dead in their world, thus he had caused so much sorrow for his brother. He was always hard to read, hard to decipher. It was better that way than showing how he truly felt, but right now there were no filters, and no walls dividing him and his words.
There's a gentle almost hurt smile on his face when Zero returned the gesture, if not a lot tighter than he could imagined, but the little pain was nothing compared to what Zero had gone through. He could tell by the way his twin clung to him, so tightly, as if he were to disappear if he was let go. Ichiru's free hand rests on Zero's head as he gently pats him. ]
