[ leia is also a great deal more than she initially thought she was. similar, yet also different, to elena's own story. there was being aware of the force as some sort of mystical religion of the once great jedi, and there was being endowed with it yourself. she might've been force-sensitve all along, but it wasn't until that bridge in the ewok's village that she became truly aware of the fact that she was.
and now she can't stop being aware -- of everything, everyone, and more importantly, of herself and the things that she's capable of. ]
But war is war and struggles aren't as cut and dry as they seem. Nor are solutions to those struggles. Even the most solid ones. Security is relative. There's achieving goals and then there's the part nobody likes to talk about: maintaining them.
