[The beach has been quiet since they got here, maybe because no one else has any interest in swimming or maybe the dome population is being considerate and giving them some space. Either way he's alright with it since he's spent most of the past two days without his pants on. In the beach bungalow, obviously. Hey, it's allowed, it's his honeymoon.

He's kept his ring on the whole time, like right now when he's snuggling up with Chuck, absently playing with it on his finger. He's still getting used to it, still feels excited when he looks it it. They got married. This is pretty cool.]

[ It has been a couple of really nice days. Quiet and calm, no slobbering puppies to wake you up, no dishes to deal with. No pants. Everything she always wanted her honeymoon to be like but never knew until just now. They spend a decent amount of time together regularly but it's still nice to get some time to themselves without interruptions, without clinics and bars to deal with. Just them and the beach and no pants.

She's nuzzled up against him, tucked in under his arm and honestly, why can't they just stay like this indefinitely? She lifts her head a little to look at him when he speaks. ]

So you're not having second thoughts? Not tied down by married life?

[It's a good memory, that first date that wasn't really a date but also was. At the time he hadn't even let himself imagine it might become anything and now here they are. He grins as he splashes back to the surface and shakes his hair out of his face. The flood could have ruined swimming for them but he's glad it hasn't. Put it down to her resilience more than anything else.]
