[ while others are finding themselves gifted with abilities they never had before, leia's discovering that the ones she had all along have fully awakened. jedi techniques that she's always had the potential to do, but none of the skill (or willingness), suddenly come to her with remarkable ease. coming off of having no access to the force that first day, her second is like having the force dialed up from zero to a point way past eleven. was this what luke felt all the time, was this the sort of thing she was denying herself?

anyone who stumbles upon her today will find her telekinetically moving objects with the force, mostly small objects like rocks and the occasional potted plant. needless to say, she's been effectively distracted from venturing over to defense force headquarters like she initially intended. ]
