She's reached her limit in more than just physical energy]
[So perhaps what's needed is not to deal with it how she usually does, but acknowledge it and not just to herself. Confiding in another... the experiences she has with that are few, but whether she was the listener or the confider, she can't deny that everyone felt better all around, no matter how hard it was to let everything out]
