[It won't take long before he realizes the hunger he feels isn't going to be sated with a salad. He can go one day without blood, right? It's not like he hasn't craved it before—demon flavored in that case, but still blood. He just needs to stay away from people. Easier said than done though. He needs to at least go put a class is cancelled sign on the room where they meet for Paranormal Studies which means a lot of walking across the dome and smelling everything.]

[ she's human. it's freeing, in that way. nothing is right about this, but walking around in a human body with human urges is a horrible relief. horrible because this body isn't hers; it belongs to someone she knows and someone she's started to trust and respect.

she has no reason to be out walking - elena just needs air. she just needs not to feel trapped. she needs to feel like herself and that isn't possible. (everywhere she turns something's challenging her own skin.)

she recognizes angel from a distance, heading towards her. it takes a moment to process - she hasn't seen angel in months and while everyone has different faces, her knee-jerk is to call his name. out of hope, maybe. hope that he's here and this is him. ] Angel?
