Maybe as time goes on we'll find better ways of doing things. It seems like once we get on top of something, there's a change. Like when we had a new warden in the first prison and then when we changed prisons. [She tries to keep everyone motivated and happy here. She wants it to be comfortable—a home, but it can be wearing. She's been here so long and seen so much change and lost so many people from home and whom she's grown close to in the prison. It takes a toll even if she doesn't want to show it.
