[ aradia is most definitely donning one of the paper hats. she also has some of the streamers wrapped around her shoulder like a boa. she nibbles near-constantly on all the food, taking idle sips of the available booze (she has roxy to blame for this habit, though she doesn't know it's "bad". ]
