[ even if aradia's switched the feed on to video, she's doing her best to not really look directly at it. she's worried that she might give too much away with eye contact, and that'd be silly, especially when she's working so hard to look calm. repression has never really been her thing, but she wants so badly to remain the optimistic and happy troll that people know her as that she's almost scared to show anything else, as if that'll disappear to be washed away by something else. change is natural, but she's gone through too many cycles to feel like another person because of grief. loss through death is something she understands all too well, but this -- this is different.

when she speaks, her voice is markedly stained, as she's forcing it into stability. ]

Roxy went first. Then Jake and Dirk. I haven't seen Dave around in a very long time, either. I think Callie and her brother might still be here, but.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad that they've gone back to something very, very important, but not so pleasant.

	I just...don't know right now.
