Well, it makes sense in the way that she has never been able to nail Lacus and her motivations or actions down. It brings her back to that night so early on when Kitty felt the need to protect the other girl from Tyki and his suggestions of strip poker. She was sure the girl was too naive to know what she was doing. Later, she wondered if that innocence she felt was actually a manipulation. It's something she still wonders, and this doesn't make it any clearer. But if it is a manipulation then what's the game plan? It doesn't seem like there is one. Maybe they're just two very different people from two very different worlds and understanding is hard.]
