[When the feed clicks on it shows Bonnie sitting down at a table, a steaming cup of coffee in front of her. There's also a few pastries on a plate next to it.]

Today marks my first month here. I don't think it's something you particularly celebrate but if I had to celebrate anything, it would be the friends I have in this place. Both the ones from home and the people I've befriended in prison. I think that deserves some acknowledgment so if anyone wants to talk about the good things, come down to the bean crushers coffee place. I'll be there for the afternoon.

After hearing that, I don't think anyone could blame you. I mean, apocalypse? Haven't experiemced anything like that and I don't want to.

[The possibility of it was always there, given the circumstances she lived in back home. Bonnie just didn't think about it too much.]

Glad you got back to yourself, even if it took longer than you would have liked. You must have such a great support system, both here and at home.

	Right. [Bonnie returns the grin.] I won't tell her anything, promise. [She finds the whole thing kinda funny though. [ She wrinkles her nose. ] I had this totally awkward relationship with my boyfriend from home here. Because here he was from my past and still saw me as little Dawnie. But in my time, we're living together and seriously together. It was so much sad. He's gone now though. Which is strangely sad too. I hate it when things get all double-edged sword-y.

	Oh, wow. That must have been hard to deal with, Dawn. Even if you weren't together with him, you still had a close friend go home on you. Even if they don't belong here, it's hard not to miss them. I used to date a guy back home and I always wonder if he'll turn up before we ended things, still thinking that we are together. What do you do with that? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

There's a lot of the missing in a lot of different ways. But also I'm glad I'm not making him uncomfortable anymore. You know? Like, he doesn't have to feel bad about not liking me in that way anymore.

[ It had been so super complicated and there had been a lot of hurt. But to get all of that etched off of her features, she focuses on Bonnie and thinks about her budding thing with Peter. ] Well I think all you can do is make the best of it. I can't imagine how Xander felt knowing that in his future we were a thing. It made things awkward. And for me, it hurt a lot. And I mean... a lot. But you make the best of it and try to keep the friendship? Which we did after things settled a bit.

I'd definitely want to keep the friendship between us because I've known him for a long time. He's actually the brother of my friend Elena who I told you about before. [ A beat. ] I miss him sometimes.

[ But she doesn't want to think about it too much so she shakes it off, reaching for a cookie and taking a bite. ]

If you ever need to talk about it, at any time or place, I'm here. I've been told that I'm a good listener. So yeah. The offer is there.

[ Dawn really likes Bonnie. Usually she makes her friends vicariously through her sister. But then here, she had actually made some that felt like they were hers. Bonnie was sort of growing on her in that way. And she catches that the topic is sad and emo. So then she grins and leans in a bit conspiratory in manner. Her lips curl into a grin. ]

So I met this boy here named Peter. And he's cute. And we've kind of been... together. I mean just a day ago we made it official.

[ It was nice to have friends outside of her inner circle from home and Bonnie had soon discovered that there were a few similarities between her and Dawn. Not just their age, but their perspective on things and knowledge.

She's glad for a change in topic, especially when it seemed to be something akin to a secret, as if no one else around them could know what it was. ]

Peter Parker? I've spoken to him a few times. Really nice guy. And definitely cute. [ A smile. ] I'm glad for you guys. It's good to see people happy.
