[She flicks on his own device, reaching forward so that he appears on screen. In addition to that she adjusts and turns her own communicator so that it's facing him too, for double the viewing pleasure.]

Say cheese, Zero! And let everyone know the amazing prize you won!

[Decked in black and still wearing a laser tag chest harness, the tell tale signs of a black light have set the hunter's hair to a bright hue as he struggles against the tiny girl who is trying not to let him switch the communicator off.]

You set me up, I've still beaten you four games to this one. The only reason you won this round is due to cheating. You planned it, that's why you suggested the bet in the first place. Why can't it just wait until we get home?

[Off screen she just laughs a little and speaks in a pacifying voice.]

Aha...now, now, Zero you can't throw out accusations like that without proof. _{Don't sweat the small things so much...}

[Her hands continue to try and force his down so that the device doesn't flicker off.]

A promise is a promise! The video is already on, so you might as well say!

[He heaves a sigh, giving up his struggle.]

_{You turned yourself into a butterfly...} Fine.

[His attention on the camera, he looks only a little irritated by everything. His message is directed toward his two roommates--but not because they were his roommates but rather another reason he'd never gotten involved with.]

Yuuri? Hikaru?

Put me on one of the teams.

Preferably Hikaru's so I can beat the crap out of Yuuki.

[Zero's hands move to the headset to flip it off but not before his final words.]

You beat me finally. Are you ready to move onto the next game now?

	If the hunter's association deems them to be a threat to society, due to attacking humans or some other reason. [A light shake of her head] There's no laws against killing vampires. [A slight pause] Actually, they don't even have to have a reason to lock you up. Although when I was arrested it was on the grounds of being a person of interest. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Well, I did have to speak before the higher ups. They asked me what I knew and I... admittedly, I didn't really want to cooperate.

[She didn't really know what was going on though, either.]

In the end I had to assure them that I knew my place as a Kuran and that my intentions were not to harm humanity. After that I was placed under house arrest, but at the association headquarters.

[Her circumstances were a little different, though.]

Because my adoptive father is the current Association President, I was allowed to roam the building freely, for the most part. I eventually got permission from him to help hunt down a couple of vampires that were causing problems.

[Unlike her counter part though...] I apprehended them and brought them back to the association to stand trial as you said. I, too, believe that is only fair. I'd rather talk first, before resorting to anything else.

A lot of people in your life are hunters, huh? [He likes Zero a lot. Liked her adopted father too when he visited, but he thinks it would be strange if his Dad and best friend were demon king hunters.

Then again...he met his adopted daughter when she tried to kill him. Their friend, Al, was trying to kill him too. Actually, maybe there are a lot of demon king hunters.]

I guess it just shows that people aren't so different.
