It's her knee bending and while at first it might be assumed that it's going up between your legs (which is where it starts) it turns out that a highly flexible blue mutant is gently raising her knee higher yet to apply pressure to your gut instead. Her hands reach forward to grip his shoulders, thumbs sliding in towards his sides as she applies her weight forward.]
