Hey. [ she barely got the words out before tears started to well up in her eyes. she didn't want to do the whole crying thing but here she was, tearing up. honestly, it was a relief to see him and the fact that she felt that way, that she felt some sort of excitement upon seeing his face only made the guilt flare up inside of her.

no matter how happy she felt with stefan, she still hurt tyler.

but that didn't stop her from stepping into his apartment to wrap her arms around him and bury her face into his neck. even if a part of her was worried that he wouldn't want anything to do with her anymore, now that tyler's back, even if things are so complicated she can't see straight, stefan is still her friend. and she needs her friend more than ever.]
