People from all different dimensions, worlds, and timelines are here. Um... not all of them human. There's a unicorn. [She still thinks it's kind of magical... and strange that a unicorn would be in prison. A touch more somber:]
I don't think this is really a prison that is based upon whether we are criminals or not, though many do. While technically most of the reasons people are in here are for things that are most likely wrong, many are not worthy of jail or prison.
[It's frustrating, really. With so many people who have had their lives disrupted here.]
In the end, I think we're just an experiment. In one of our old domes, the individuals behind the wardens would joke and laugh at our expense, or do strange things to everyone in the dome. Change personalities, or physical attributes. It was just for their amusement. Before we were transported to where we are currently, they flippantly spoke about results and possibly getting rid of us all.
